The Five Tradesmen Description

The five tradesmen names were Haberdasher, Dyer, Carpenter, Weaver, and Carpet Maker. The dress very nice and trendy. Everything the wore, the made it look nice and classy.

The narrator says they are very wise, and hold high places in the town. But he talks of how their wives want attention and glory. The wives just want to go to church to be seen. He think that they are kind of fake, and have wrong intentions. Maybe even a little snobby.

I feel like the tradesmen may spoil their wives. Because of how the wives act, I feel it reflects onto the tradesmen, that they may be seeking nothing but attention as well.
