Description of the Friar

The friar wore a short robe called a semi cope made of double-worsted.

In my opinion, the narrator doesnt really agree with the friar. When he calls him the "poor friar", i think that he was being sarcastic. The narrator doesnt really do anything but describe the Friar, didnt really give much of an opinion.

I think that the Friar was very good at putting on a show. He was also in a way very sneaky. He played with others minds to basically steal their money. I would say that Friar didnt have the best of character and way of being.
