Description of the Oxford Cleric

The text describes the Cleric as not too fat. He had a hollow look and a sober stare. The thread upon his overcoat was bare, meaning he didnt dress very nice, he had kind of raggedy clothing.

The narrator thinks that the Oxfor Cleric was formal and respectful. He was very educated, and had no other care but for his books. The narrator also thought he had good moral values.

I think that The cleric had good intentions. He was willing to help teach anyone. And i admire how smart he is and how he was determined to learn. I just dont think he had his priorities in the right place. Instead of buying books he should have been buying things he needed. I also think it was wrong of him to think he was too good to work.
